The Good
The pulled pork was one of the best I’ve eaten. Exceedingly soft, tender and juicy. This went rather well with their jerk sauce.
Staff were very friendly and accomodating, allowing me to change mash to chips.
The Mediocre
The fried chicken in the burger was rather ordinary. The batter wasn’t particularly flavourful nor was the chicken. However this was salvaged by the delicious slaw which was very fresh and had hints of Asian flavours.
The chips were rather ordinary with a bit of seasoning, nothing outstanding.
The Bad
Nothing.
The Verdict
Overall a delicious American meal at a decent price. Would definitely recommend the pulled pork.
Would Penguin Eat Again?
Definitely.
