- Tivoli Road Donut with Soft Serve
The Good
Donut was very fresh, and as a result had nice soft insides that complemented the soft serve well.
The Mediocre
The soft serve was very ordinary. You may as well just dump a McDonalds soft serve in it and there’d be no real difference.
The Bad
The price. Seven whole dollars for a measly donut and soft serve. I guess my fault for not asking for the price before ordering?
The Verdict
Overall decent. However nothing makes it stand out though.
Would Penguin Eat Again?
Maybe. But not for that price again, that’s for sure.
